specify __thiscall 
According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/cpp/thiscall?view=vs-2019, "on ARM and x64 machines, __thiscall is accepted and ignored by the compiler.". So it should be OK to specify this for all win32

repeated information that was already visible on
https://github.com/dfhack/dfhack (and they weren't included in the generated
docs either).

Kelly Kinkade 19a575df3a labormanager: assign more dwarves to cleaning 
I am fairly certain that Toady changed how cleaning jobs are spawned; this makes it so that cleaning actually happens with labormanager.
